Two sides, one marketplace

Somebody near you has space. Somebody near you needs it.

Manairge sits in the middle, matches them, and proves the ad actually went up.

FOR OWNERS

You already own the space. Get paid for it.

A sari-sari store front. A tricycle canopy. 500 bakery bags a week. A group chat with 3,000 members. All of it is ad space that is currently earning you nothing.

  • Send one WhatsApp message to list — no account, no forms
  • You set the price and you pick which ad goes up
  • Get paid weekly after you send one photo showing it is up

FOR ADVERTISERS

Buy attention where your customers actually are.

Billboards cost six figures and tell you nothing. Facebook ads cost less and still tell you little about who walked in. Manairge places you where people already stand — and counts every scan.

  • Pick spots by area, foot traffic and past scan history
  • Your money is held until the owner proves the ad is up
  • Every scan, lead and sale is tracked to the exact spot

How it works

Four steps. Most of it happens in WhatsApp.

Tell us what you have

Owner sends a photo and a price over WhatsApp. That is the whole listing process.

We match both sides

Advertiser briefs come in the same way. We match on city, category and budget, then send both sides the match.

Ad goes up, owner proves it

Owner sends one photo of the ad in place, with time and location stamped. Money unlocks at that moment.

Everyone sees the numbers

Each spot carries a permanent QR, link or code. Scans, leads and sales are counted per spot, for both sides to see.

Attribution

Three ways to prove a customer came from that spot

Every placement gets one permanent tracking ID. It shows up as whichever carrier that platform actually allows.

QR code

Printed on the poster, the bag, the decal. Unbeatable for anything physical — the customer is already standing there with a phone.

Best for: shop fronts, vehicles, packaging, counters

Tracked link

One short link per spot. Clicks, source and conversions all land against that spot.

Best for: Telegram, Pinterest, Facebook, group chats, bios

Promo code

A spoken or written code the customer mentions. Works where links get blocked or stripped.

Best for: TikTok, radio-style shoutouts, video captions

Why three and not one: some platforms strip or disable outbound links in captions and comments. A spot that can only be measured by link becomes unsellable there. The promo code keeps those placements sellable.

Available now

Real spots, real weekly prices

Photos come from the owners themselves. Nothing here is a stock image or a mock-up.

Why both sides stay

The awkward parts are handled up front

Money is held, not sent

The advertiser pays into escrow. The owner is paid once the proof photo lands. Nobody chases anybody.

Owners pick their ads

No owner is ever forced to display something. You see the artwork and the landing page before you accept.

Proof photos are public

Every past campaign on a spot leaves a time-stamped photo on its page. That history is what makes the next booking easy.

Common questions

Straight answers

Do I need to sign up to list my space?

No. Send one WhatsApp message with a photo, your city and the price you want. That is the listing. You only give more details if a real booking comes in.

How much can a small shop front earn?

Current spots on Manairge run from ₱300 to ₱1,800 per week. A typical sari-sari store front in Metro Manila sits around ₱500–₱900 per week, depending on how many people pass and whether the spot has scan history.

When do I get paid?

After you send the proof photo showing the ad is up. The advertiser's money is already held by the platform before the ad goes up, so payment is not something you have to chase.

What does an advertiser actually pay for?

A weekly rate for the spot, plus a platform fee. What separates this from a poster is the measurement: each spot carries a permanent QR code, tracked link or promo code, so scans, leads and sales are attributed to that exact location.

Two minutes on WhatsApp, then we do the rest

Tell us what you have or what you need. We come back with a match, not a form to fill.

Have a spot? One message is enough.
