MManairge

For owners

Your shop front is already an ad space. You are just not charging for it.

Every day people walk past your store, ride behind your jeepney, or carry your bakery bag down the street. Advertisers pay for that attention everywhere else. Manairge is how you start collecting it.

Not sure?

Send a photo anyway. If it can carry a QR code and people see it, it is probably worth something.

The whole process

From photo to payout

Send a photo

One WhatsApp message: photo, city, your weekly price. That is the listing. No app, no account.

We verify it is real

We check the photo shows an actual location and that nobody else has listed it. Usually a few hours.

You approve the ad

You see the artwork, the landing page, the dates and the amount. Refuse anything you do not want on your property.

Put it up, send proof, get paid

One photo of the ad in place. The advertiser's money is already held by us, so payout is not a chase.

You keep the price you set. If you ask ₱600 a week, ₱600 a week is what reaches you. The platform fee is added on top for the advertiser — it is never taken out of your side.

Straight answers

The things owners actually ask first

Do I have to sign anything or register a business?

No. Listing is one WhatsApp message. A short written agreement only appears once you accept a real booking, and it covers that one booking period.

You do not need a registered business to rent out your own space.

What if the advertisement is something I do not want on my shop?

You refuse it. You see the artwork and the landing page before anything is agreed. Refusing costs you nothing and does not remove your listing.

Certain categories are blocked platform-wide before they ever reach you, including lending with undisclosed rates, gambling and adult content.

How do I know I will actually get paid?

The advertiser pays before the ad goes up. That money is held by the platform, not by the advertiser, and not by you. When your proof photo arrives, the hold is released.

If a campaign never goes up, the money returns to the advertiser. Nobody is left owing anybody.

What is this QR code for and do I have to manage it?

Each spot gets one permanent QR code, printed on the poster we send you. It never changes, even when the advertiser changes — so you never reprint.

You do not manage it. It just counts how many people scanned at your spot, which is what makes your spot easier to book next time.

How do I receive the money?

GCash, bank transfer, or USDT. You pick when the first payout is due.

Send one photo. That is the whole application.

Take a picture of the spot right now, tell us your city and what you want per week. We will tell you if it is worth listing, honestly.

Ready? One photo is enough.
